A redshirt senior at VCU, Bagley has scored a total of 10 goals and 18 assists. Bagley is a consistent starter for the VCU Rams, starting in every match since her sophomore year (2020-21). In 2023, the midfielder ended the season ranked 24th nationally in assists per game (0.5) and placed 17th nationally in total assists. Earning numerous honors, Bagley has been named A-10 All-Conference First Team for the past two seasons.
During her prep career, Bagley was the 2018 FC Stars of Massachusetts leading scorer along with being named a two-time SENE All-Star and a Boston Globe All-Star.
