Martin joined the club after a decorated career at Michigan that saw her close out her five seasons as a MAC Hermann Trophy Semifinalist in 2021. That season, she was also named a first-team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches and Top Drawer and was a first-team All-Big Ten selection and the Defensive Player of the Big Ten Tournament. Martin was also a member of the Mac Hermann Trophy Watch List in 2020 and was first-team All-Big Ten and USC first-team all-region in 2019 and 2020. As an anchor on the backline, Martin recorded a pair of goals and six assists in 76 matches.
Martin played high school soccer at Brebeuf Jesuit and was named the Indiana Gatorade Girls Soccer Player of the Year in 2015 and the Indiana Sports Awards Girls Soccer Player of the Year 2016. She was a two-time NSCAA HS All-American and a three-time NSCAA All-Region selection, as well as a four time first-team All-State, all-district and all Marion Country honoree. Martin helped Brebeuf to an Indiana state title in 2015 and a runner-up finish in 2016.
Martin played club for both Eclipse Select and Indiana Fire and was invited to U.S. U-17 WNT camps in 2014 and part of the U.S. U-15 GNT Player Pool in 2013. A member of the ODP Regional Team from 2010-13, Martin attended International Regional ODP Team events in German and Costa Rica.
